NBC Connecticut’s Kids Connection

Since the summer of 2022, i have produced, shot, and edited a variety of segments for NBC Connecticut’s Award-winning Children’s program “kids connection”. It easily became my favorite project to work on at wvit. below is a collection of standout segments, including 2 from the 2022 fall fun episode, which went on to be awarded a boston/new england emmy for “outstanding children/youth (12 and under) program”. Currently I serve as a senior producer, segment producer, and show editor. Some segments have also been translated for our audience on telemundo connecticut.

CT LIVE! Segments

Working in NBC Connecticut’s Creative Services team, we get afforded the opportunity to contribute to the station’s lifestyle program “CT LIVE!”. These are a few of my favorite packages containing fun local people and places. I have had the blessing of going out and shooting with the team. However, sometimes you don’t know the footage you are getting handed to you. So, in those cases, it is an exciting opportunity to sift through all the pieces and tell a story.
